Datacom's Rotation Program is a platform for you to discover your strengths through career exploration and develop your skills through practical experience, training and mentoring. 

The Rotation Program kicks off with the Talent Elevator. The Talent Elevator takes experiential learning to the next level. We fly our cohort to one of our HQs in Australia and over the course of a week give our grads the opportunity to hone their professional skills, become familiarised with Datacom's operating model, vision and values and have plenty of time to meet with our leadership team, experts and future peers. Last but not least, it's fun!

How does it work?

There will be 3 rotations in total, each lasting for 6 months. Each Datacom office in Australia has different clients and requirements so rotations will be dependent on your home location. Throughout the recruitment process we’ll get to know you before confirming your rotation cycle (Interests, skills & strengths) At the end of the 18-month program with a combination of self-reflection and feedback you can choose a career path and embed in the best career pathway for you

What type of work will you do?

Each role and team will have a different set of responsibilities. There will be opportunities to work in Intelligent Workspace, Networks, Cloud, Business Platforms, Software, Hardware, Advisory, Business Operations.

What if I have a rotation that I’m not interested in?

Every rotation is designed to build your core skills, business acumen and technical ability. Stepping outside of your comfort zone and trying to things is how you will develop a meaningful career. Taking every opportunity in your stride and having a growth mindset will help set you apart in the recruitment process
