When you join the APM Allied Health Graduate Program, you'll start off with a smooth supported induction to help you transition into the workplace. From there you'll be offered a series of learning and development opportunities, 1-to-1 mentoring, shadowing experiences and exposure to a variety of casework to support your growth.
