The Women in Engineering program is designed for forward-thinking students who love solving unique and complex problems. The program is designed for women graduating in 2026 and beyond. This immersive experience offers a unique opportunity for participants to gain insight into the world of high-frequency trading and learn what engineers and traders do at IMC.

If you have an academic background in Engineering, Maths, Physics, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Studies, Computer Science, or equivalent, then this 2-day program is for you.
