Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
In the construction industry there is a lot of recruiters who prop up their candidates abilities when they are not suited for the job. Candidates should have a good expectation on the type of work we do, the clients we work for and should have questions about their future role

Be yourself and be geniune. Shocasw your skills and/or eagerness.

I recommend they prepare by understanding the company values that Degnan has and if this aligns with their own fundamental values.

Keep an open mind and ask questions

You should know in detail what you put forward in your resume and it should the truth. Attitude matters more than anything. Should be eager to learn new things.
