Training is talked about a lot, but real training is done on the job and I do not believe I have done anything that has excited me job wise for a couple of months. My personal growth is the most imortant aspect of my life, and if Degnan wishes to not only hire the best but also keep them, they should make sure people are continually learning.

I am trained by one of the best engineers in the organisation. Always pushed to better myself, improve detailed vision in work. However, I haven't received a well rounded training in all aspects of construction as in a Graduate Program.
